To confirm your reservation, a check in the amount of 50% of the total
rental fee is required. If we do not receive a deposit check within 14
days, your reservation will be canceled. The balance is due two weeks
prior to arrival. Payment by PayPal is available: e-mail owner. Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled 30 days or less before arrival will incur a 50% penalty, and between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival will incur a 10% penalty. In either case, if we are able to re-book your dates, we will give you a full refund (less any PayPal fees that we may have incurred). |
