Leaks & Wall Seepage

During heavy long-lasting rains (many, many days) there is some seepage through the concrete/stone walls in the following areas (pictures detail locations as well). All of these areas could be fixed with money and effort.

Main Level:
Living room has extensive seepage through the mountain wall area during very long-lasting (many, many days) rainstorms. There is slight seepage through the stone wall below the petrified wood counter. The living room mountain wall seepage flows by design in a small gutter to the bathroom floor drain. The areas of "slight" seepage generally never even drip to the floor.
It must also be mentioned that the screened windows in the living room currently let some rain water come through under the shutters even when they are closed. We are working on fixing this.

Lower level:
Laundry/pump room has some leakage coming from outside the door on the main level down through the ceiling onto the laundry room floor. This is also in the process of being fixed.

#1  Living Room mountain wall seepage

#1  This is the section of the wall that is the mountain itself,
which you can tell by the absence of minerals and fossils.
This is the area of most extensive seepage which does make it to the tile floor
into a newly made 1 1/2 inch high "gutter" which takes it to the bathroom floor drain.

#2
Area up high on right just before exit main level to deck.

#2  Slight seepage here

Below #2, slight seepage during really long storm rains
of many, many days.

I took off some of the leak pics as have not had them even during massive storms since - fixed.
