Leaks & Wall Seepage During heavy long-lasting rains (many, many days) there
is some seepage through the concrete/stone walls in
the following areas (pictures detail locations as well). All of these
areas could be fixed with money and effort. |
#1 Living Room mountain wall seepage
#1 This is the section of the wall that is the mountain itself, which you can tell by the absence of minerals and fossils. This is the area of most extensive seepage which does make it to the tile floor into a newly made 1 1/2 inch high "gutter" which takes it to the bathroom floor drain.

#3 Area up high on right after enter front door
Very slight seepage here; it has never reached the floor.
