This one bedroom top floor vacation rental suite is located
on the quiet side of the beautiful island of St John overlooking Coral
Bay and the Caribbean in the US Virgin Islands. The lovely secluded
Salt Pond Beach is just a few minutes drive away. This unit has a convenient
indoor/outdoor kitchenette, and an expansive deck from which to enjoy
your view. The deck includes a 448 sq. ft. covered patio/dining area
and a 352 sq. ft. sunny lounging area. There are 55 beautiful steps
to your rental suite from the parking area.
This delicious hide-away is perfect for your special honeymoon or quiet retreat, and is located within a few miles of all these local delights: beautiful beaches, snorkeling and scuba, sailing, sport fishing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, Virgin Islands National Park, many wonderful restaurants and nightlife including live entertainment in season, shopping, and visits to archeological sites of early Danish ruins.
St. John does not require a passport as it is a U.S. territory.

There is a minimum 5 night stay requirement, or a $40 cleaning fee added.
Check-in time is 2pm, and check-out time is 10am.
Repeat customers receive a 10% discount.

Deposit:
To confirm your reservation, a check in the amount of 50% of the total
rental fee is required within 2 weeks. The balance is due two weeks prior
to arrival. Payment by PayPal is available: e-mail owner.
Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled 30 days or
less before arrival will incur a 50% penalty, and between 30 and 60 days
prior to arrival will incur a 10% penalty. In either case, if we are able
to re-book your dates, we will give you a full refund (less any PayPal
fees that we may have incurred).
Dorie lives quietly in the lower level apartment.
There are cats on the premises.
